With over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples, I bring both depth and warmth to my clinical work. Before establishing my private practice, I worked with respected organizations including Hospice of Northern Virginia, Kaiser Permanente, The Women’s Center, and Riverside Counseling Center.
My approach is informed by extensive graduate and post-graduate training and integrates a range of theoretical perspectives. These include psychodynamic therapy, self-psychology, object relations, relational psychotherapy, and family systems theory. This integrative framework allows me to thoughtfully tailor treatment to meet your unique needs and goals.
