I have conducted psychotherapy with individuals and couples for over 20 years. Prior to opening my private practice, I worked at Hospice of Northern Virginia, Kaiser Permanente, The Women’s Center and Riverside Counseling Center.
Through my graduate and post-graduate training, I draw from a number of different theoretical approaches to best understand and respond to your unique needs. These include psychodynamic, self-psychology, object relations, relational, and family systems psychotherapy.
